GPUs, CPUs and Performance

My Thoughts on Choosing CPUs and GPUs(Performance, Pricing, and Recommendations)

As CPU and GPU production are expanding it can overwhelming on which CPU and GPU to choose based on what you wish to do and your budget. I will share my thoughts on this and some recommendations for each "sector" you want to do.

Gaming Performance

When it comes to gaming choice of CPU and GPU will heavily impact your experience, i will list some high, mid and low tires GPU and CPU for gaming considering performance and pricing.

High-End

For people who crave ultimate gaming experience high-end components are the way to go. Lets get over some recommendations.

CPU

For CPUs my recommendation is  AMD Ryzen 9 5900X, this CPU is multitasker's dream it is excellent for gaming and demanding applications, with a strong multi-core focus for productivity OR Intel Core i9-12900K this is a powerhouse with high clock speeds and strong performance in both single-threaded and multi-threaded tasks, great for gaming and creative work.

 GPU

For GPUs of course we have  GeForce RTX 4090, 4090 is known for its 4k gaming performance and ray tracing capabilities making it top choice for enthusiasts and those who crave best gaming performance, now alternative to the 4090 will be Radeon RX 7900 XTX for its price 7900 provides great performance. 7900 is great for people who want high-end and are on budget. Quick note 4090 are incredibly expensive and even if its best choice I personally whould recommend 7900 XTX.

Mid-Range

Mid-range are perfect for gamers who want solid performance without making there wallet cry.

CPU

For mid-range CPU AMD Ryzen 7 5800X is excellent for gaming and for multitasking with a strong focus on multi-threaded performance OR Intel Core i7-12700K is a reliable choice it offer great gaming with its hybrid core design for both single and multi core performance

GPU

For mid-range GPU  GeForce RTX 3080 is a fantastic choice for 1440p gaming it can offer stunning visuals and smooth frame rates, alternative is the AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT now 6800 offers similar performance and its often lower price making it an excellent alternative.

Budget Gaming

Budget components can still provide a rewarding gaming experience without draining your wallet.

CPU

For CPU again an AMD CPU and it is AMD Ryzen 5 5600 great for budget builds it offers integrated graphics for casual gaming OR Intel Core i3-12100F its a solid entry level CPU thought it needs a discrete GPU for gaming.

GPU

As for GPU GTX 1660 Super is great for 1080p gaming and its budget friendly OR AMD Radeon RX 6600 An excellent option for budget builds, offering good performance for 1080p gaming.

Daily Use

Before i begin Daily use PC can vary depending on your budget and what you will do, but I will give my recommendation for a daily use PC which can be used for work or some light gaming.

CPU

For CPU  AMD Ryzen 5 5600 its a great all around choice for daily use and some gaming, it has a built in Radeon graphics which is strong for web use. office work, video and some very light gaming that dosen't need an GPU OR Intel Core i5-12400 offers solid performance for everyday tasks and general productivity its integrated graphics aren’t as powerful as the 5600G's so you will need to pair it with a GPU.

GPU

As for GPUs its NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 is a very common option for budget and daily use and it can run good on older games or less demanding games at 1080p, but important to mention both CPU i said above have integrated graphics and for daily use like watching videos or light photo editing etc you won't be needed an GPU but that depends on you.
